The residence Le Fontane is located in Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, which is characterised by beautiful white sandy beaches and colourful shallow sea, as the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. The complex is located in a peaceful residential area at a few steps from the town centre and offers a wide range of services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, clubs and shops. Villasimius is also renowned for its archaeological sites and museums. Furthermore, the area offers the opportunity to practice several water sports. The airport and harbour of Cagliari are at 50 kms. The nearest beach, Simius, is at 2.5 kms.

FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Villasimius in cash, the amount may change.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied). "

Nearest airport is Cagliari Elmas Airport which is approximately 50km away, You can reach Cagliari port by ferry from mainland Italy and Sicily. Throughout the year, there are regular ferry connections to the Sardinian capital from the ports of Civitavecchia, Naples and Palermo.
